Korrupsioni dhe politizimi i institucioneve te pavarura janë dy nder problemet kryesore me te cilat Shqipëria do te përballet gjate vitit 2013. Ky është vlerësimi i agjencive amerikane te zbulimit për vendin tone, i paraqitur te martën nga drejtori i zbulimit kombëtar James Clapper, gjate një seance ne komisionin e përzgjedhur te senatit për këto çështje. Agjencitë e inteligjencies i argumentojnë këto dy probleme me afrimin e zgjedhjeve parlamentare ne Shqipëri, qe do te mbahen me 23 qershor. Ne këtë raport, agjencitë amerikane te zbulimit ndalen gjerësisht ne marrëdhëniet mes Serbisë dhe Kosovës. Raporti thekson se me shtimin e përpjekjeve per normalizimin e marrëdhënieve mes Kosovës dhe Serbisë, ekziston edhe rreziku i shtimit te dhunës nga grupet ekstremiste serbe ne veri te Kosovës. Sa i takon Maqedonisë ne dokument paralajmërohet thellimi i mëtejshëm te mosmarrëveshjeve mes dy komuniteteve shqiptare dhe maqedonase.<br /><br />Corruption and politicization of independent institutions are two main problems with which Albania will face during 2013. This is the assessment of the U.S. intelligence agencies for our country, presented Tuesday by the director of national intelligence James Clapper, during a hearing in the Senate Select Committee on these issues. Intelligence agencies argue these two problems with the approach of parliamentary elections in Albania, which will be held on June 23. In this report, U.S. intelligence agencies stopped widely in relations between Serbia and Kosovo. The report states that with improved efforts for normalization of relations between Serbia and Kosovo, there is also the added risk of violence in northern Kosovo Serb extremist groups. With regards to Macedonia in the document warned further deepening dispute between the Macedonian and Albanian communities.
