Ndërsa duhen edhe pak ore deri ne mbylljen e afatit për dorëzimin e listave te kandidateve për deputete, lideri i opozitës Edi Rama ka kërkuar votën e shqiptareve për te rilindur Shqipërinë pas 23 qershorit. Kreu i PS ka shfrytëzuar takimin me veteranet ne kuadër te ditës se dëshmoreve për te theksuar se qytetaret duhet te ndëshkojnë ata qe kane tradhtuar jo vetëm idealet e Luftës Nacional Çlirimtare por edhe idealet e studenteve te dhjetorit. Sipas Rames ne 23 qershor e majta do te shënoje një fitore plebishitare pasi tashme është bashkuar duke kaluar ndasitë e se shkuarës. Edhe kreu i LSI ka theksuar rendësin e 23 qershorit duke kërkuar edhe njëherë votimin e 3 ligjeve kusht për marrjen e statusit te vendit kandidat.
