Footage of Brussels, Belgium still looking quiet on Monday as the city remains on the highest terror alert, in the wake of the Paris terror attacks. <br /><br />In the video, filmed on Monday in what is usually one of the city's busiest shopping districts, closed shops can be seen as well as soldiers patrolling the streets. <br /><br />At least 20 anti-terror raids were carried out across Brussels on Sunday, according to local authorities. <br /><br />On Monday, parts of the city remained on lockdown with universities, schools and the underground train network closed.
