At least 15 people were killed and 10 injured when a helicopter crashed on the frozen Yenisei River in Russia's Kranoyarsk Territory. The Mil Mi-8 made a hard landing but did not break through the ice according to the Emergency Ministry. Some of the injured were ferried to hospital by snowmobile with the help from rescue workers who worked at the scene attempting to free a person reportedly still trapped in the wreckage.
