Amazon has wide-ranging sales for Black Friday today, including its own lineup of gadgets, which are also significantly cheaper for those who have been eyeing a Kindle or Fire device.<br />The company's popular smart speaker, the Amazon Echo, is just $149, down from $179.99, from now until Dec. 1.<br />It's a favorite among PCMag staff and earned our Editors' Choice.<br />More than just a speaker, the Amazon Echo is part voice assistant, part home automation hub, and entirely fun to use.<br />Also on sale until Dec. 1 is the Kindle Paperwhite, which is currently just $99, down from $119.
