Navratan Korma is a mix of vegetables and rich ingredients along with aromatic spices. <br /> <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />3 Onions <br />2 Tomatoes <br />7-8 Garlic cloves <br />1/2 inch Ginger <br />1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds <br />2 tbsp Oil <br />1 tbsp Raisins <br />1 tbsp Cashews <br />1 tbsp Coriander Seeds <br />1 tbsp Mix Masala <br />1 tsp Kitchen King Masala <br />1 tbsp Butter <br />1 Sweet Lime, chopped <br />1 Cup Mix Vegetables (French Beans, Carrots, Flower, Capsicum) <br />Coriander Leaves <br />Grated Paneer <br />Water <br />Salt to taste <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- For the gravy make the masala paste by using onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, raisins, cashews & coriander seeds. Keep the masala paste ready. <br />- In a pan heat some oil. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. <br />- Then add the masala paste and saute for 10 minutes. <br />- Add kitchen king masala, mix masala, cashews, raisins & butter. Mix well. <br />- Add half cooked vegetables and salt. Mix everything well. <br />- Add some water and again mix well. <br />- Add sweet lime pieces, mix well. <br />- Cover it with a lid and let the gravy simmer for 20 minutes. <br />- Add butter and coriander leaves. Switch off the flame. <br />- Garnish the Korma with sweet lime pieces and grated paneer. <br />- Enjoy Navratan Korma with Roti / Naan.
