PAKISTAN — In quite possibly the strangest ISIS footage to surface yet, a new propaganda video by the extremist group shows militants kicking each other in the genitals. <br /> <br />Why the need for testicular fortitude? We haven't the faintest, but the video, 14 minutes in its entirety, according to the Daily Mail, displays a training regimen that isn't limited to punts to groin. <br /> <br />The supposed ISIS recruits seen in the footage, who sport identical camouflage and the group's famous bandana, are seen leap-frogging over one another, building shoddy human pyramids, traversing balance beams and attempting to touch their toes. <br /> <br />The need for some of this training is obvious.
