It's bad news for Chris Brown fans down under.<br />The musician has cancelled his tour dates in Australia, as well as in New Zealand, Billboard reports.<br />According to the report, Brown's Australian promoter for his One Hell of a Night tour released a statement confirming that the artist's shows in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, originally scheduled for Dec. 9-16, have been cancelled.<br />"Mr. Brown and the promoters both remain positive that the tour will take place in the near future," the statement said.<br />"Mr. Brown wishes to express his deepest gratitude to the fans for their support and looks forward to a successful tour in the near future."<br />Brown's Dec. 18 performance in Auckland, New Zealand has reportedly been cancelled as well.<br />While the promoter didn't give a specific reason for the cancellation, Australian confirmed threated in September to formally deny Brown's visa due to his 2009 conviction for assaulting fellow singer and girlfriend at the time, Rihanna.
