A three-year-old boy in China has been filmed counting a large wad of cash at impressive speed.<br /><br />The amazing video, filmed by his father in Dezhou, Shandong Province on Saturday, shows the boy skilfully flapping the notes with a look of intense concentration.<br /><br />According to local media, the boy's parents run a grocery store which provided him with a perfect environment of learning.
