Are you a diabetic or wanting to lose some extra weight and you want a good old strawberry milkshake, but that sugar will mess you up? This article will teach you how to make a simple, yummy, yet sugar-free strawberry milkshake in 20 minutes or less. (This article can work for any other type of milkshake - banana, chocolate chip, etc, as long as you can find the ingredients.<br />Ingredients.<br />Smucker's Sugar-Free Strawberry Preservatives (optional).<br />Luke's Sugar-Free Vanilla Ice Cream.<br />Hershey's Sugar-Free Strawberry Syrup.<br /><br />1.<br />Go to a local Publix or other supermarket that sells the listed ingredients or similar products. Find and purchase all ingredients listed above.<br />2.<br />Set out a cup, two long spoons, and the ingredients you bought.<br />3.<br />Put the bucket into the microwave for 25 seconds.<br />4.<br />Wait for the microwave to finish. When it's done, scoop the ice cream into the cup, in scoops as large as you can make. Press the ice cream down after every 4 or so scoops.<br />5.<br />Keep scooping until the ice cream is 1 inch (2.5 cm) from the rim. When it is, pour the syrup into the cup. Squeeze as hard as you can for 3 seconds.<br />6.<br />Stir vigorously. With one spoon, stir until the shake is silky smooth, or close at least.<br />7.<br />Put the jelly in. With the other spoon, the one that's clean, put about 5 big spoonfuls of jelly into the shake and stir again.<br />8.<br />Put your things away, then enjoy your sugar-free shake.
