Oakland Landmarks Preservation Advisory Board is to decide if the project proposed by Hanover Company from Texas is equal or better than Biff's architecture. <br /> <br />They couldn't come to a concensus, so a 'sub-committe was formed to have the developer provide some other ideas of the facade design. <br /> <br />This is a recording of that meeting between two members of the LPAB and the developer with their architect; and city staff consisting of the project manager (leading the meeting) with the secretary of the LPAB also in attendance; a few members of the public were also in attendance. - but did not participate.
