<p>Mount Etna experienced its largest eruption in several years on December 3 and 4, according to Italy’s National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology</a> (INGV), spewing lava hundreds of feet into the air. The eruptions grew in intensity on December 4, according to a press release from the INGV.</p><br /><p>This video shows the continuation of lava pouring from the volcano.
