Doctors in China carried out surgery to cut off a huge tongue-like growth attached to a man's mouth.<br /><br />The bizarre video, filmed at a hospital in Liaoning Province last month, shows the man painfully holding his second "tongue" for doctors to check before he receives the operation to remove it.<br /><br />According to news reports, the patient surnamed Lin had suffered the sickness for three years but he used to swallow the tissue back until it got too big. <br /><br />Doctors said the 20cm object grew at the top of Mr Lin's oesophagus, and admitted that they required further tests to confirm the substance and cause of its development.
