Fifty years on, has Britain moved closer to achieving racial equality?

Today marks the 50th anniversary of the UK's Race Relations Act.<br /><br />It was drafted in response to discrimination against black and Asian immigrants who had come to Britain to work. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Jonah Hull reports from London.
