I really loved the enthusiastic announcers and jokes in between the Powerhouse bumpers before & after commercial breaks, especially for ones like TOM .\r<br>\r<br>A new bumper on Cartoon Network RSEE, which airs during Tom and Jerry. The bumper is the same as the show-specific bumpers on Cartoon Network Turkey.\r<br>\r<br>1990s Classic Cartoon Network Bumper of the Tom and Jerry Kids Show.\r<br>\r<br>After Cartoon Network UK was scrambled on October 15, 1999 on Astra (what a dark day that was in my young life.), it was occasionally unscrambled again.
