‘Mate, you’re going to wreck your car….’ <br /> <br />Footage has emerged showing the moment a driver in Kensington tried to drive his car away from a posh hotel – while it was clamped. <br /> <br />He doesn’t seem to realise his wheel is locked in place by a a big metal object, and goes forward and backwards several times trying to plough the vehicle forward despite the obvious problem. <br /> <br />Two men across the road filmed his attempt, giving commentary along the lines of ‘what an idiot’ and and ‘I thought I’d seen some things, but…’ <br /> <br />Eventually a Good Samaritan comes to the driver’s aid and knocks on his window to point out why his car is not making any progress. <br /> <br />The man behind the wheel, wearing a long coat and pink shirt, steps out looking confused and eventually walks off. <br /> <br />He had been parked outside the Park Tower in Knightsbridge, a hotel which ‘encapsulates the spirit of its refined location’ according to its website.
