Learn how to make Bangda Fish Curry (Indian Mackerel) at home from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani. This is a spicy and easy to cook fish curry recipe that you can have with bhakri, roti or plain rice. <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />5 Indian Mackerels, washed and cut into pieces <br />1/2 Cup Grated Coconut <br />1 tbsp Coriander Seeds <br />7-8 Dry Raw Mango <br />7-8 Dry Red Chillies <br />4-5 Black Pepper <br />5 Teppal <br />7-8 Garlic <br />1/2 inch Ginger <br />1 tsp Oil <br />Water <br />Salt to taste <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- To make the masala paste for the curry in a grinder add grated coconut, coriander seeds, dry raw mango, dry red chillies, black pepper, garlic and water. Grind everything to a smooth paste. The masala paste is ready. <br />- Then separately grind the teppals with little water. <br />- In a pan heat some oil. <br />- Add chopped ginger and the masala paste.
