A cute video has emerged of a toddler failing to fully understand how the water dispenser machine works. <br /><br />The amusing footage, filmed three years ago in Las Vegas, Nevada, shows 16-month-old Charlie clearly understanding how to turn the water on, but he doesn't quite have the coordination to hold the cup under the dispenser and hold the button down at the same time.
