<p>The UN has come in for stern criticism from a panel looking into how the organisation dealt with allegations of sexual abuse by French and African peacekeepers in Central African Republic. Also, the UN's human rights chief has accused Burundi authorities of dragging the country towards full blown civil war as the body agrees to send in investigators to probe alleged abuses.
