The Force HAS awakened, and this man has proved it by building his own lightsaber. <br /> <br />Inventor Allen Pan created the impressive device after creating a fuel mixture comprised of methanol and acetone – before injecting it into a specially customised toy lightsaber. <br /> <br />The result is laser like beam that shoots out of the end of the weapon, and while it isn’t quite the sith-slaying contraption that we’re acquainted with, it’s still capable of fulfilling the will of all Star Wars fans by setting fire to a certain Mr Binks. <br /> <br />Burn Jar Jar, burn. <br /> <br />But if, like us, you’re not capable of creating such a weapon, you can go and see The Force Awakens as it dominates the global box office for the foreseeable future. <br /> <br />Earlier today, Disney announced that the film had broken the record for the biggest day in UK box office history.
