Tom Brady was questionable with an illness heading into Sunday’s game against the Tennessee Titans, but he doesn’t want anyone worrying about him.
The New England Patriots quarterback made his weekly appearance on WEEI’s “Dennis & Callahan” on Monday, and he said his illness is nothing compared to the other problems the injury-ravaged Patriots are dealing with.
“I said after the game, when you play a football season, six or seven months, you’re dealing with a lot of life stuff, too.
You’ve just got to be mentally tough and put aside whatever you can and just kind of move forward and try to play as best as you can.”
Brady was A-OK in the Patriots’ 33-16 win over the Titans, throwing for 267 yards and two touchdowns on 23-of-35 passing.
