At least 14 people have been killed and hundreds of homes have been destroyed by a cluster of tornadoes in the American south. <br />One tornado in Mississippi stayed on the ground for more than 230 kilometres, ripping roof tops completely off houses. <br />Sonja Wilkins, whose home was destroyed, surveyed the damage.
