Learn how to make eggless Nankhatai at home in oven from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani. Nankhatai is a popular Indian sweet dish made during special occasions. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />1/2 Cup Ghee <br />1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar <br />1/4th Cup Semolina <br />125 gms Plain Flour <br />1/2 tsp Baking Powder <br />1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a mixing add some ghee and beat it till the ghee becomes soft. <br />- Then add powdered sugar and beat further to get a smooth consistency. <br />- Then add plain flour, baking powder, semolina & cardamom powder. Mix everything well. <br />- Make smal size balls and place them on the baking tray keeping some distance between each ball. <br />- Preheat your oven for 5 minutes <br />- Bake the Nankhatai at 160 degree Celsius for 20 minutes. <br />- Enjoy the Nankhatai with tea of coffee.
