<p>At least 11 people were killed when tornadoes, heavy rain and snow blew into the Dallas area late on Saturday. A tornado that hit the Dallas suburbs of Rowlett, Garland and Sunnyvale was classified by the National Weather Service as an EF4 storm.</p><p>This video shows transformers exploding and power lines arcing in the path of the Rowlett tornado.
