Prime Minister David Cameron has promised more money for flood prevention in Yorkshire - but admitted it was ''no comfort'' for those in the flood-hit city of York. <br />Parts of York are under water after the rivers Ouse and Foss spilled over their banks. <br />Emergency teams have been working through the night to build up flood defences, and hundreds of homes have been evacuated.
