Naan is a popular Indian flat bread that goes very well with gravy vegetable and chicken. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />200 gms All Purpose Flour <br />3 tbsp Curd <br />5-6 tbsp Milk <br />1 tbsp Oil <br />1 tsp Sugar <br />1 tsp Salt <br />1/2 tsp Baking Powder <br />Butter for garnishing <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a large mixing bowl add all purpose flour. Make a well into the flour and add curd, sugar, salt, baking powder, milk & oil. <br />- Let the mixture rise. <br />- Mix everything well and make a soft dough. <br />- Keep this dough aside for 6 hours to rise. <br />- Take small portions of the dough and start rolling. <br />- Apply some oil and flour and fold it to give a triangle shape. <br />- Place the naan on hot pan and press the edges of the naan and on high flame flip it over. <br />- Cook it on both sides till you get brown spots and the naan is ready to be served after applying butter on it.
