Iraqi government forces say they are gradually overcoming the last resistance by Islamic State militants in Ramadi, a week after the city was said to have been liberated. <br />The army said about 200 militants were still holding out - but counter-attacks were being repelled with the help of air-strikes by the US-led coalition.
