Hummus is a popular and relatively healthy thing to snack on and Noah is going to help teach you how to make hummus with a slight Italian spin! LAME.<br /><br />Put the following ingredients into a food processor:<br /><br />2 cloves Chopped Garlic<br />1 tbsp Flat Leaf Italian Parsley<br />15 oz. can of Cannellini Beans (rinsed and drained) - or use the white bean of your choice<br />3 tbsp fresh Lemon Juice<br />Season with Salt and Pepper<br /><br />Pulse blend the mixture until it all seems chopped up<br />Scrape the edges of the bowl<br />Run food processor<br />Pour in 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil<br /><br />Taste and add more salt and pepper if you feel like it needs it<br /><br />Pour into a bowl to serve<br /><br />Drizzle oil on top<br />Sprinkle on some Smoked Paprika<br /><br />Enjoy with bread, veggies, or whatever you like to eat hummus on.<br /><br />Want to send us stuff?
