So, were they or weren't they?<br />News of Justin Bieber and Kourtney Kardashian began to make the rounds after the two were spotted out together on several occasions that sparked romance speculation, and now, the 21-year-old singer is speaking out about the highly talked-about rumors.<br />In a Dec. 17 interview on radio program The Bert Show, airing on Wednesday, Biebs addressed the situation by jokingly responding to the headline with, "I'm being used, man.<br />What can I say?"<br />He did, however, add that he has nothing but love for the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, who went through a very public breakup with longtime boyfriend Scott Disick over the summer.
