Tadasana is a yoga pose that is usually done to bring about a change in the pattern of living. This also helps to maintain health as it is a good yoga exercise for blood pressure. This yoga posture maintains the equilibrium of the body and balances between curing ailments and maintaining the physical resistivity.<br /><br />Meaning<br /><br />Tada in Sanskrit means mountain and any pose or posture is called asana.
