Trikonasana is a yoga position that helps to strengthen the muscles in the spine and helps to align the shoulders well.<br /><br />Meaning :<br /><br />Trikon in Sanskrit means pose and asana means seat. Trikonasana therefore means the posture of the triangular form.<br /><br />Technique :<br /><br />Trikonasana starts with keeping the legs apart.
