Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn has completed a cabinet reshuffle, keeping Hilary Been in his post as shadow foreign secretary. <br />There had been widespread speculation over the position of Mr Benn - who backed air strikes in Syria in last month's Commons vote as Mr Corbyn opposed them. <br />Speaking outside his home, Mr Benn insisted he had not been silenced by Mr Corbyn.
