Angus Robertson, the SNP's Westminster leader, asks David Cameron about the strikes planned by junior doctors in England following a clash with the government over pay and conditions. <br />Mr Robertson asked why junior doctors in Scotland, which runs its own health service, were not striking. <br />The PM said the UK government was increasing spending on the NHS and said he was determined to secure a seven-day service. <br />The British Medical Association has called three-walkouts - the first next Tuesday - after talks broke down.
