What You’ll Need: <br /> <br />1 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 8 sheets) <br />1 stick butter, melted <br />1 cup powdered sugar <br />1 cup peanut butter + 2 Tbsp. peanut butter <br />1 cup semisweet chocolate chips <br /> <br />Directions: <br /> <br />In a bowl, combine the graham cracker, butter, sugar, and 1 cup of peanut butter. Line a 9x9 or 8x8 pan with foil, and spread on the peanut butter mixture. Melt the chocolate chips with the 2 Tbsp. of peanut butter, and spread on top of the graham cracker mixture. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
