Jaipur based Colonel Manand Mukund’s 82 year old mother was in a critical condition. She had undergone a major hip fracture repair surgery, and with underlying health issues including pneumonia, underlying chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cardiac trouble and diabetes, she was supposed to be given intensive care.
