David Cameron has said that it is time to demolish the worst "sink housing estates" and rebuild with government money. <br />Speaking to the BBC's Andrew Marr Show, the prime minister has said he wants "affordable housing" and there should be a "big shift towards more affordable housing to buy". <br /> <br />A panel to be chaired by Lord Heseltine will report on how investment from bodies like pension funds might be unlocked and draw up a list of sites that could benefit from regeneration.
