A lawyer for drug lord Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman said that actor Sean Penn should be called to testify in court about an article he wrote after a meeting with the Mexican capo, adding that he would never have claimed to be world's top trafficker.<br />In the Rolling Stone article published on Saturday Penn wrote that Chapo said he was world's largest provider of heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine and marijuana.<br />In an interview with Reuters, lawyer Juan Pablo Badillo said he was sure that Guzman did not say that.
