Bizarre footage has emerged from China of a manager in a beauty shop training the new staff in a soldier-like manner. <br /><br />The video, filmed in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province last Friday, shows all the new staff shouting out slogans loudly and doing some kind of exercise routine.
