UFO or FLARES?\r<br>\r<br>2015 February 21 over southern new mexico desert.\r<br>\r<br>Are these flares or some kind of craft?\r<br>\r<br>On July 24th, 08 the military were practicing with flares. At first I thought WOW this is great but low and behold flares. I know there not ufos as much I would of like .\r<br>\r<br>Note: The horizon is at about three quarters of the way up this picture; the lights were aerial - other illuminated objects elsewhere on this vid are streetlamps.
