A video has emerged from China of a loading vehicle can balancing on its front wheels and rotating 360°.<br /><br />In the footage, filmed in Shanghai last Friday, the loader can be seen spinning incredibly fast. <br /><br />According to local reports, the vehicle tester Hui Wenyu broke the Guinness World Record for making the loader stand on two front wheels and rotating most 360° circles in one minute.
