UK may say Russia involved in killing of spy Litvinenko

The results of an inquiry into the poisoning of former Russian spy Alexander Litvinenko are due to be released on Thursday. <br /><br />The report is expected to implicate two men working for Moscow and possibly President Vladimir Putin as well.
