Dramatic CCTV footage has emerged from China of a steel plate falling down from a trailer crashing the pier.<br /><br />Dramatic CCTV footage has emerged from China of a steel plate falling off a large truck's trailer. <br /><br />The video, filmed in Dalian, Liaoning last Tuesday, shows the fast driving truck turning a corner, causing the steel plate it's carrying to drop off the side. When the plate falls down onto the ground, sparks fly off. <br /><br />Fortunately, no serious injuries or damage were reported. However, the driver has had to pay compensation of about £4,000 for damaging a bridge.
