A strong cold snap brought rare snowfall to Yangmingshan on the outskirts of Taipei Saturday evening, the Central Weather Bureau said that day. <br /> <br />The snow began to fall at the Anbu Weather Station at 6:01 p.m., but it was not long before it turned to a mix of rain and snow, the bureau said.
