<p>Aussie photographer Ryan Pernofski</a> has spent the past two years shooting Central Coast surf from under and above the waves in slow motion for his ‘Slowmocean’ series. Pernofski said he used only an iPhone 5 and iPhone 6 to capture the footage and a case to keep the device dry. Pernofski told Storyful: “I was shooting in the water with my iPhone and then Apple’s iPhone brought out the Slow Motion feature, so it seemed like a perfect fit!”</p><p>“(I) filmed over two years, and then I put it together until 2am in one sitting and then touched it up the next morning … I had been wanting to put it together for ages, lots of unused footage that didn’t make the 2am cut.” Credit: Ryan Pernofski</p>
