New Delhi, Jan 24 (ANI): The Union Cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has recommended President's rule in Arunachal Pradesh. <br />The Cabinet's decision has been sent to President Pranab Mukherjee for his approval.Congress leader, RPN Singh, on Sunday condemned the move and said that it is a black day for the country.
