<p>Haitians took to the streets of their capital after a presidential run-off scheduled for Sunday, January 24, was cancelled at short notice</a>. According to Reuters</a>, the race was suspended when opposition candidate Jude Celestin of the Patriotic Unity Party pulled out over fraud allegations that have sparked rioting.</p><p>Celestin was due to go head-to-head with Jovenel Moise, who critics say has been favoured by outgoing President Michel Martelly.
