ISIS has released a gruesome new propaganda video that purports to show final messages from the Paris attackers.<br />The terror group has claimed responsibility for the November attack, which left 130 people dead.<br />The roughly 18-minute tape starts with a montage of various news outlets reporting on the Paris attacks.<br />It is highly produced and edited.<br />The tape then shows the faces and names of nine people ISIS claims carried out the attacks in Paris.<br />"The following are the final messages of the nine lions of the khilafah who were mobilized from their dens to bring an entire country -- France -- to her knees," the video reads.<br />It goes on to report an audio message from the suspected ringleader of the attacks, Abdelhamid Abaaoud.<br />None mentions specifics of the Paris attack although some reference French locations such as the Eiffel Tower and the Champs-Elysees.<br />One man says the group was authorized to act by ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.
