Anupam Kher spoke about his experience of working in Hollywood, with top actors like Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence, in 'Silver Linings Playbook'. The actor plays the part of a therapist to Bradley's character, and he soon gets involved in the protagonist's quirky life. Looking very excited for his upcoming release, Anupam was seen clad in a blue denim shirt and trousers.<br />Anupam Kher also mentioned what it was like to share screen space with Hollywood legend Robert De Niro, who also stars in 'Silver Linings Playbook'. Speaking about the film receiving a whopping eight Oscar nominations, Anupam said ecstatically: "This is the biggest moment of my life. As an Indian actor, I feel rewarded for my 30 years of contribution to cinema. I am glad to have worked with the fabulous cast and crew of 'Silver Linings Playbook'. (Director) David O. Russell is undoubtedly a brilliant filmmaker and he has proved it again. A major part of me as an actor feels satiated today."<br />An unfortunate piece of news for the film is that it won't be seeing a grand premiere in India after all. Said Anupam Kher, albeit a bit carefully, "Yes, the premiere is not happening for various reasons that I don't want to go into. Though 'Silver Linings Playbook' is a worldwide blockbuster, it is not a popular franchise like 'Mission Impossible' or 'James Bond'. More than that, I am not at liberty to say."<br />'Silver Linings Playbook' is directed by David O Russell, stars Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Lawrence, Robert De Niro and our very own Anupam Kher, and releases on 22 February 2013 in India.
