Impressive footage has emerged from Cumbria, UK, of a swollen river crashing down hill following heavy rainfall.<br /><br />The video, filmed today, shows the water flowing quickly into the Thirlmere Resevoir, carrying rubble with it. <br /><br />The filmer later wrote online: "Torrential rain early Tuesday hit the Lake District as Cumbria felt the tail end of Storm Jonas.<br /><br />"The rivers, already swollen and still with damaged banks from Storm Desmond, simply found the fastest way of getting down hill and into the Thirlmere Resevoir."
