Torrential rain and stormy weather has reportedly raised river levels in Cumbria, UK again, turning streams and small rivers into raging torrents. <br /><br />This footage, filmed earlier today in Ambleside, shows just how fast-flowing and powerful the rivers and streams currently are in the English Lake District. <br /><br />Despite the difficult weather conditions, the scenery is still stunning.
